How do I remove a stuck helmet?

There are a few helmets in Stikfas kits that cover so much of the Stikfas head that they can become stuck. Here are a few tricks others have used to remove them later:

"1.You should find a big enough nail clipper (one without toejam haha!) to fit just one side of the head socket.
2.Gently squeeze on one side of the head socket (Careful or you may break a head.)
3.Then start to pull the helmet off of the head and walla! its off.
For me it worked with a knight helmet (the one were it looks like its a bucket with a peek hole) and the Vikings helmet (the one with the eyeholes.)"

"Put the helmet and head into the freezer for about half an hour. The cold temperature shrinks the head and helmet different amounts and makes it easier to pull the o-cap out."

"All of my helmets have tiny holes in them. I take a hot, fine needle, and poke a hole in the center of the top of the helmet. That way, when it guts stuck, I can just take another needle laying around, and push the head back out of the helmet."

"Dip the piece into hot water (put the head on the end of a long sword or Knight's lance to hold it easier) for 30 seconds or so. This will expand the thinner plastic of the helmet before the heat reaches the Stikfas head. Pull the piece out of the water and use a towel or silicone mat to better grip the outside helmet and twist/pull at it. You may need to test different water temperatures and times dipped in to get the right expansion."
